NVH Application Engineer

• Proficiency in MATLAB and, ideally, experience with tools such as HEAD Acoustics ArtemiS, DEWESoftX, or similar.
• A deep understanding of signal processing, vibration analysis, and acoustics.
• Experience in powertrain testing (especially electric powertrains) is a major plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• You are willing to travel internationally for our customer projects.

• Einen Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
• Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich NVH sowie praktische Erfahrung mit Messungen vor Ort und Datenanalyse.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MATLAB sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Tools wie HEAD Acoustics ArtemiS, DEWESoftX oder ähnlichen.
• Ein tiefes Verständnis für Signalverarbeitung, Schwingungsanalyse und Akustik.
• Erfahrung in der Antriebsstrangprüfung (insbesondere E-Antriebe) ist ein großes Plus.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, für unsere Kundenprojekte international zu reisen.

Wir sind im Herzen der Region München zu Hause. Dein Lebensmittelpunkt ist in unserer Zentrale in Dachau. Da uns der persönliche Austausch wichtig ist, arbeiten wir vorrangig gemeinsam vor Ort. Für deine individuelle Flexibilität bieten wir dir - nach der Einarbeitungszeit - die Möglichkeit, einen Tag pro Woche im Homeoffice zu arbeiten. Den jeweiligen Tag stimmst du dabei einfach flexibel mit deinem Team ab.

We are based in the heart of the Munich region. Your work will be centered at our headquarters in Dachau. Since personal interaction is important to us, we primarily work together on-site. To accommodate your individual flexibility, we offer you-after your training period-the option to work from home one day a week. You can simply coordinate the specific day flexibly with your team.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you-a highly motivated and experienced Application Engineer (m/f/d) with a passion for NVH and MATLAB. In this role, you will provide technical support to our customers, conduct on-site measurements, and be responsible for data analysis and report generation. You will work closely with our sales team, identify new business opportunities, and contribute your technical expertise to both pre-sales discussions and after-sales activities. * Technische Kundenberatung: Du unterstützt unsere Kunden im Bereich NVH, führst Messungen vor Ort durch und erstellst fundierte Analysen und Berichte. * Vertriebsunterstützung: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb zusammen, erkennst Marktpotenziale und glänzt durch dein technisches Know-how in Vorverkaufsgesprächen. * Beziehungsmanagement: Du baust nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf und stehst unseren Partnern beratend zur Seite. * Projektdokumentation: Du erstellst präzise technische Berichte und Dokumentationen für unsere Kundenprojekte. * Innovation & Entwicklung: Du bleibst am Puls der Zeit, verfolgst Branchentrends und gibst wertvolles Feedback an unser technisches Team zur Produktverbesserung weiter. * Technical Customer Consulting: You will support our customers in the field of NVH, conduct on-site measurements, and prepare in-depth analyses and reports. * Sales support: You will work closely with the sales team, identify market potential, and shine with your technical expertise in pre-sales discussions. * Relationship management: You will build lasting customer relationships and provide advisory support to our partners. * Project Documentation: You will create precise technical reports and documentation for our customer projects. * Innovation & Development: You stay on top of the latest developments, track industry trends, and provide valuable feedback to our technical team to improve our products.
