Job description
We are looking for an Ecommerce Growth Specialist to join our e-commerce and marketing team. This is a cross-functional role for someone with a strong growth mindset, analytical thinking, and a true passion for e-commerce marketing and innovation. The position is not limited to one single area; you will be involved in different projects across teams to identify opportunities and drive growth. We are not looking for someone who has done every single task listed below. We are looking for someone curious, proactive, and business-oriented, able to understand data, identify opportunities, and turn ideas into actionable growth projects., * Identify and propose new growth opportunities across e-commerce
- Support the launch of new marketing initiatives, acquisition channels and e-commerce projects
- Analyse business needs and translate them into actionable marketing, e-commerce or automation projects
- Think creatively about how to attract traffic, capture leads, nurture users and convert them into customers
- Collaborate with different teams to turn growth ideas into real projects
- Paid media & acquisition: support paid media initiatives across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels
- Coordinate or manage collaborations with media partners, affiliates or external acquisition channels
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with creative and marketing teams to improve messaging, targeting and performance
- Basic knowledge of paid media is valuable; this is not a pure performance marketing role
- Analytics, reporting & insights: build, maintain and improve reports and dashboards; use GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI or other reporting platforms
- Lead the setup of tracking elements such as GA4 events, conversions and Google Tag Manager tags
- Analyse data to extract useful insights and translate them into clear recommendations and actionable next steps to help teams understand performance and opportunities
- Analyse website behaviour, e-commerce metrics and conversion funnels to identify improvement opportunities
- Propose A/B tests and experiments aimed at improving conversion rate, user experience and business results
- Work with e-commerce, UX/UI and development teams to define, launch and analyse experiments
- Use data to validate hypotheses and support decision-making
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving marketing, e-commerce, CRM, data, design, development or external partners
- Turn broad business needs into clear project briefs, tasks and priorities
- Follow up on implementation, results and next steps
- Communicate clearly with different teams and managers and make complex ideas easy to understand
Requirements
- Growth mindset and strong curiosity for e-commerce, marketing and digital business
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with data
- Creativity to identify new opportunities and propose actionable ideas
- Good understanding of e-commerce funnels: traffic, leads, conversion, retention and customer value
- Basic knowledge of paid media, analytics, CRM, CRO and marketing automation
- Ability to work across different projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Advanced level of Spanish; mid-level of English
Nice to have
- Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, HubSpot or similar analytics/reporting tools
- Experience creating dashboards or performance reports
- Previous exposure to A/B testing, CRO or website optimisation
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads or other paid media platforms
- Background in e-commerce, digital marketing or growth marketing

- Flexible working hours: entrance from 7 to 8 am from Monday to Thursday. Fridays intensive schedule until 2 pm. 40 h/week
