Job description
You will be part of our Shopify team, contributing to day-to-day execution across Shopify, CRO, SEO, international expansion, and performance marketing. You will work closely with our Ecommerce Growth Manager and colleagues across content and design, while taking ownership of your own tasks, ideas, and results., * Ship fast updates across our Shopify stores - products, landing pages, and site content
- Dig into key metrics like conversion rate, AOV, and revenue to uncover growth opportunities
- Drive CRO tests across product pages, collection pages, and checkout to push conversion higher, * Get hands-on with Google and Meta Ads campaigns, from setup support to reporting and optimization.
- Dig into performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate, and push for constant improvement.
- Use AI tools to speed up research, content workflows, reporting, testing ideas, and daily execution.
Requirements
This role is for someone who is junior in title, but not in drive. We are looking for a high-motivation, high-ownership person who wants to learn fast, take responsibility early, and turn ideas into visible improvements., * Genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
- Strong self-motivation and ownership over your work.
- Real curiosity about AI, automation, and new digital tools, and an instinct to use them to work smarter.
- At least 1 year of experience in ecommerce and Shopify or experience with similar CMS platforms
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- Good understanding of ecommerce KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- Basic SEO knowledge and a strong interest in learning more.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.
- Degree in marketing, business administration, ecommerce, communications, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- German language skills are a plus. Spanish, French, or Italian language skills are also welcome.
- Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
- Exposure to international ecommerce markets or market localization.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Google Search Console.
