Job description
Mid-Level Developer - Big Data who will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of data processing solutions within the Client Contribution platform., * Design and develop ETL/data transformation processes, implement and maintain Spark-based pipelines, support data integration initiatives, analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues, and ensure data quality and performance across the platform.
- Hands-on experience with Spark, SQL, and a programming language (Scala, Python, or Java); experience in Databricks or similar Big Data environments; DevOps practices.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams, collaborating with functional and technical stakeholders, analyzing requirements, and contributing proactively to continuous improvement of data solutions., * Interest in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and exploring AI-driven approaches to improve data engineering, automation, and analytics processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data and programming.
- Good SQL skills (ANSI SQL, Hive SQL, Spark SQL, SQL in general).
- Strong Spark fundamentals and proficiency in one of Scala, Python, or Java.
- Experience with Azure Databricks, Amazon EMR, Hive, Cloudera, or any Spark environment.
- Experience in reporting with Qlik Sense.
- Experience working in Agile continuous integration/DevOps environments and tools (Git, GitHub, Sonar, Nexus).
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to analyze requirements and cooperate with team members to improve them.
- English proficiency (at least B2).
