looking for? We are looking for a professional with a solid technical background and 3-5 years of experience to accelerate the digital transformation of the Human Resources function through the design and development of AI agents, bots, copilots, automations, and digital applications, with a focus on operational efficiency, process scalability, employee experience enhancement, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Identify, design, and deploy automation solutions aimed at eliminating manual tasks, reducing execution times, and minimizing operational errors in Human Resources processes. Design, build, and maintain AI agents, bots, and copilots applied to Human Resources processes, integrating information sources, business logic, and interaction flows with employees, managers, and internal teams. Design and develop internal applications and agentic dashboards using React and FastAPI to improve user experience, facilitate operations, and accelerate decision-making in Human Resources processes. Extract, transform, and structure data from different Human Resources systems and information sources, ensuring data quality, traceability, and consistency. Contribute to the development of integrations between tools, systems, and data sources through connectors, APIs, and programmatic logic. Translate functional business and Human Resources requirements into robust, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions. Collaborate in defining simple automation, analytics, and applied AI architectures within the Human Resources environment. Document technical developments, workflows, dependencies, functional logic, and maintenance criteria for implemented solutions. Propose continuous improvements to existing solutions, optimizing performance, usability, governance, business adoption, and employee experience What do you need? Candidate Profile Professional with 3-5 years of experience in roles related to automation, analytics, digital solution development, or AI applied to business. Technical, analytical, and execution-oriented profile, with the ability to understand Human Resources operational processes and convert them into digital solutions. Ability to combine a functional business and employee experience perspective with technical development. Autonomous, solution-oriented, structured individual with a continuous improvement mindset. Requirements Must-have 3-5 years of experience in the development and implementation of automation solutions, digital applications, or applied AI. Proven ability to design, configure, and develop AI agents, bots, and copilots, including the definition of flows, instructions, knowledge sources, conversational logic, and integration with business processes. Programming knowledge applied to automation development, data processing, integrations, and solving business use cases. Practical knowledge of one or more of the following environments: Python, SQL, React, FastAPI, Power Automate, Power Query, APIs, scripting, or equivalent tools. Experience in developing internal web applications, operational interfaces, or interactive dashboards, especially for business use cases, process monitoring, and data exploitation. Ability to work with multiple data sources, structure them, and transform them into solutions that can be used by the business. Experience in end-to-end process automation, including input capture, execution logic, validations, outputs, and monitoring. Ability to translate Human Resources and business needs into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. Nice to have Experience with generative AI tools and orchestration of assistants or agents in a corporate environment. Knowledge of integration with the Microsoft ecosystem, low-code/no-code tools, and cloud services. Familiarity with data governance, data quality, security, privacy, and reusable solution design concepts. Knowledge of Human Resources processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, talent management, compensation, personnel administration, employee experience, HR reporting, or people analytics.
