Application Support Engineer

At Crypto.com, our dedicated Security Team leads the company's Security, Privacy and Security Compliance efforts. The team delivers secure production environments, advanced cryptographic solutions, and blockchain-specific security strategies for a global user base., * Guardian of uptime: ensure stability and availability of production applications and blockchain infrastructure.

• Environment management: oversee pre-production and staging environments to enable seamless delivery.
• Incident & problem management: lead triage of alerts, conduct root-cause analysis, and manage follow-ups to prevent recurrence.
• Disaster recovery: coordinate testing, audits, and continuous improvement of monitoring tools and processes.

• Support-oriented mindset with a drive to investigate root causes and a commitment to system stability.
• Previous experience supporting applications in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLMs to automate workflows or infrastructure monitoring.
• Strong communication skills to bridge end-users and engineering teams, presenting clear empathetic updates and technical data.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Rust, Python, Node.js, or Golang., * Blockchain/Web3 technical depth with hands-on experience writing or deploying DApps in Solana or EVM, and practical experience with staking across blockchains.
