We're looking for a UX/UI Mid-level Designer who is eager to craft meaningful user experiences, influence product decisions, and contribute to innovative digital products across web and mobile platforms. What You'll Do As part of a cross-functional product team, you will help shape and evolve digital experiences that connect users with the right content and functionality at the right moment. Your responsibilities will include: Lead end-to-end UX and UI design initiatives, from discovery and ideation through delivery and implementation. Design intuitive and visually engaging web and mobile experiences that delight users and support business goals. Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate and validate ideas. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to transform insights into impactful design solutions. Support user research and usability testing activities, turning findings into measurable product improvements. Contribute to the evolution of design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, accessibility, and design excellence. Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless and high-quality user experiences. What You'll Need We are seeking individuals who are collaborative, curious, and passionate about designing exceptional digital experiences. You'll thrive in this role if you have: Around 3 years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms. Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, component creation, visual design, and design systems. Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies. Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes. Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions. Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and inclusive design best practices. Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Microsoft Teams. Experience designing native mobile applications for iOS and Android is a plus.
