AI Engineer

Develop and optimize AI-driven features powered by LLMs and machine learning models, integrating them into web interfaces using Flask, Django, FastAPI or React. Take ownership of the full AI solution lifecycle: data preparation, model and agent development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement. Ensure seamless, reliable and safe integration of AI agents into production systems, applying guardrails, evaluations and observability. Lead the creation of prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to illustrate the effectiveness and potential of agentic AI and web innovations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions and agentic workflows into existing systems and operations. Stay abreast of the rapidly evolving agentic AI and web development landscape, continuously bringing new approaches to the team. Write both technical and user documentation, and collaborate with QA to ensure AI features meet quality standards. Required Qualifications At least

three years of experience in designing, building and deploying AI or machine learning solutions. Proficient in Python programming and data analysis. Experience with LLM-powered, agentic systems and related frameworks.
