You not only focus on the technical aspects of the work at hand but also have an eye for the broader picture. Besides that, you are curious about how others are doing, bring sharpness to the discussion and challenge your colleagues.

Open-Source software must trigger you and AWS/Azure are familiar to you. It's nice if you're Full Stack, but the focus will be on Front End. Knowledge of the Backstage open-source framework is very much welcome.

Hard skills in general:

  • Node.js

  • CI/CD setup, monitoring, infra as code
  • Document database such as AWS DocumentDB or similar
  • AWS cloud infrastructure (AI Gateway, Lambda)
  • Azure DevOps
  • REST API Integration
  • Authentication & Authorization (Oauth, JWT, OpenID) Playwright testing.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Backstage

Knowledge and experience:

  • Academic working and thinking level
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within complex IT environments
  • Knowledge of and experience with DevOps teams and scaled Agile
  • Relevant experience with issues in complex, preferably non-standardized, environments
  • You develop with a vision and can convey it with passion
  • Relevant experience in the field of software development and management, that also entails coming up with solutions and writing user stories
  • Demonstrable affinity and passion for digitization and Cloud technology
  • Proficiency in English (business level, writing and speaking)

Benefits & conditions

  • Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,030 and EUR 7,183 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.
