Job description
- Manage calendars, organise meetings and monitor deadlines.
- Prepare business emails, documents, presentations, spreadsheets and reports.
- Communicate with partners, contractors, banks and fintech service providers.
- Conduct research on markets, competitors and potential partners.
- Support the preparation and management of contracts, invoices, payments and corporate documents.
- Assist with documentation for regulatory applications, banking partners and investors.
- Prepare meeting notes, maintain task lists and follow up on agreed actions.
- Organise company files and maintain internal records.
- Support operational and administrative processes across the business.
- Handle confidential corporate and financial information responsibly.
- Work closely with the company's directors and external service providers.
Requirements
Location requirement: This is a fully remote position, but the successful candidate must currently reside in the United Kingdom and hold valid documentation confirming their legal right to live and work in the UK. Applications from candidates based outside the UK will not be considered., We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support the company's management team with administrative, operational and project-related tasks., * Currently residing in the United Kingdom.
- Valid legal right to live and work in the UK, supported by appropriate official documentation.
- English at B2/C1 level or above, including strong business-writing skills.
- Confident use of Google Docs, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a responsible approach to deadlines.
- Ability to research information independently and propose practical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and an appropriate home-working setup.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience as an Operations Assistant, Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator or Administrative Assistant.
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, SaaS or another technology company would be an advantage.
- Understanding of corporate, legal or financial documentation.
- Experience preparing presentations, reports and analytical materials.
- Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of another European language would also be beneficial.
