You'll work closely with curriculum teams, leadership and external organisations to help maintain the highest standards of data integrity, regulatory compliance and learner support, making a real difference to the success of our provision.

Requirements

We're seeking an organised, proactive and detail-focused professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience managing learner or student data within a Management Information System (MIS).
  • Have knowledge of data management, funding compliance or statutory returns, ideally within further or adult education.
  • Can accurately manage learner records, ensuring data is complete, compliant and audit-ready.
  • Have experience coordinating examinations or assessments and understand awarding body regulations and examination procedures.
  • Are confident producing reports, analysing data and identifying discrepancies to support informed decision-making.
  • Can build positive working relationships with colleagues, learners, employers and external organisations.
  • Are highly organised, able to prioritise competing deadlines and remain calm during busy assessment and funding periods.
  • Have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.
