- Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to identify user needs.
- Create user journeys, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into practical and engaging user experiences.
- Maintain consistency across products by contributing to the design system.
- Analyse user feedback and product data to improve usability and accessibility.
- Present design concepts confidently to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure designs align with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
- Stay informed about emerging UX practices, design trends, and industry standards.
Requirements
We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our growing product and design team in Ilford. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who is passionate about designing intuitive digital experiences and solving real user challenges., * Previous experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or User Experience Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user centred design projects from concept through delivery.
- Proficiency with Figma and other industry standard design tools.
- Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows.
- Good understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and responsive design.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross functional teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and user research methods is an advantage.
