Job description

HolistiQ Technologies is seeking a skilled QA Engineer / Software Tester / Test Automation Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, performance, and security of digital products across marketplace, lifestyle, hospitality, technology, and future interactive platforms.

You will work alongside software engineers, technical architects, cybersecurity professionals, penetration testers throughout development, release, launch, and ongoing product improvement., * Perform manual testing, functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, system testing, API testing, and end-to-end testing.

  • Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and automated test suites.
  • Build and maintain test automation frameworks.
  • Test web applications, mobile applications, REST APIs, microservices, databases, and integrations.
  • Identify, document, track, and retest software defects.
  • Perform exploratory testing, usability testing, compatibility testing, and cross-browser testing.
  • Validate new features, bug fixes, releases, and production changes.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work closely with developers to reproduce defects, identify root causes, and improve software quality.
  • Contribute to QA processes, testing standards, release readiness, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Practical experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Manual Testing, Test Automation, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, API Testing, Integration Testing, End-to-End Testing, Bug Tracking, Test Case Design, and Agile Software Development.

Experience with tools and technologies such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman, REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, SQL, C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python is advantageous.

Experience testing SaaS platforms, marketplace applications, e-commerce systems, payment systems, mobile applications, cloud platforms, microservices, or distributed systems is desirable.

Professional certifications such as ISTQB Foundation, ISTQB Test Automation Engineer, or equivalent qualifications are welcome but not essential. Demonstrable practical testing ability and experience are valued.

Compensation & Structure

This is not a salaried employment position at this stage.

Successful candidates will be appointed as Contributor Members and participate in a profit-sharing model under which 60% of Net Profit from Projects is allocated collectively to eligible Contributor Members and distributed based on level of seniority and participation.

Pay: £24,420.00-£45,611.95 per year
