Job description
- Deliver a high-quality ICT user experience
- Interact directly with users via the Service Desk
- Ensure effective and efficient operation of the ICT Service Desk using ITIL Best Practices
- Ensure Bields technology investments adhere to the ICT Strategy
- Follow best practices to provide acceptable returns on investment
- Travel to other Bield locations across Scotland as necessary

Requirements
- Effective communicator with excellent analytical skills
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a Service Desk environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, and Server technologies
- Background knowledge in computer operations
- ITIL Foundation Level qualification (desirable)
- Recognised IT qualification, e.g. Microsoft or Cisco (desirable)
- Current valid Driving Licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle insured for business purposes
