Project Coordinator | 6-Month Contract | Remote (2 days/month on site) | ASAP Start

I'm hiring a Project Coordinator for an award-winning cloud infrastructure and managed services provider - and this one moves fast.

You'll sit inside a busy delivery team, supporting multiple Project Managers across a portfolio of infrastructure, network and transformation projects heading into their final phases. Your job is to keep everything moving: milestones tracked, dependencies chased, suppliers coordinated, nothing slipping.

The role at a glance:

• 6-month initial contract (scope to extend)
• Remote - just 2 days a month on site (Buckinghamshire or London)
• ASAP start - immediate availability strongly preferred
• Fast-paced MSP/systems integrator environment

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting multiple concurrent projects and workstreams
• Maintaining RAID logs, dashboards, status reports and project schedules
• Coordinating circuit providers, carriers and third-party suppliers
• Driving actions to completion and escalating risks to the PMs
• Supporting transition, handover and project closure

• Solid Project Coordination/PMO/Project Support experience
• Background in IT infrastructure, cloud, networking or digital transformation
• Confident across MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA and Planner
• Experience coordinating suppliers and technical delivery teams
• Have been a Project Coordinator for a MSP
• PRINCE2 Foundation a bonus
