Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Change Manager for a hybrid (3 days on-site per week) position with a Global Financial Institution located in Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. We are seeking a senior, seasoned professional to support major transformation initiatives within merchant services. This role requires strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead change across multiple stakeholder groups at all organizational levels. While project management skills are welcome, candidates must understand formal change management processes, be comfortable managing others, and demonstrate the ability to influence, communicate, and drive adoption in a highly complex environment. Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end change management activities
- Drive strategy and execution for stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption
- Communicate with clarity and precision-verbally and in writing-to senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and technical partners
- Condense complex information into concise messaging, decks, and executive summaries
- Manage up, across, and with peers; influence without authority at multiple levels
- Navigate and resolve conflict professionally; facilitate consensus across differing viewpoints
- Lead and coach others when needed, supporting a collaborative team environment

Requirements
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- 6+ years of Change Management experience
- 5-6 years of Banking experience
- 4-6 years of Executive Communications and Project/Program Management experience
- 3+ years of Merchant Service experience, specifically on transformation initiatives
- Proven senior-level change management experience, ideally within financial services or merchant banking
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at varying levels, from peers to executives
- Strong executive presence and professional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Experience with Change Governance and facilitating large tollgate forums
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SharePoint
