Work Setting
This is primarily an outside sales position.
Representatives spend most of their time:
- Visiting local automotive repair shops
- Meeting with owners and managers
- Prospecting new business
- Following up with leads
- Working remotely from home when not meeting customers
What You'll Sell
You'll represent AutoHound's complete portfolio of managed IT services, including:
- Managed IT Support
- Microsoft 365
- Cybersecurity
- Computer & Network Management
- Wi-Fi Solutions
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Hardware Procurement
- Technology Consulting
Daily Responsibilities
- Prospect independent automotive repair shops
- Conduct in-person cold calls and scheduled appointments
- Build relationships with shop owners and managers
- Explain AutoHound's services and value proposition
- Identify customer technology challenges
- Schedule discovery meetings
- Coordinate with AutoHound's founders during the sales process
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Follow up on prospects and existing opportunities
- Generate new recurring monthly revenue
Requirements
- B2B outside sales experience
- Cold calling experience
- Territory sales experience
- Automotive industry experience
- Merchant services, payroll, SaaS, office equipment, uniforms, or similar outside sales experience
Successful candidates are:
- Self-motivated
- Comfortable prospecting in person
- Excellent communicators
- Organized and dependable
- Able to work independently
Reliable transportation is required.

- Flexible schedule, This position is 100% commission-only. There is no base salary.
Compensation includes:
- 100% of the first month's Managed Service recurring revenue (MRR) for every new customer that signs and pays.
- Residual commissions on retained customers (details discussed during the interview).
- Additional performance bonuses may be available.
Estimated first-year earnings: $60,000-$100,000+
Actual earnings depend entirely on sales performance and are not guaranteed. Top performers who consistently develop new business may earn substantially more., * Unlimited earning potential
