IT Support Technician

Robert Half is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a strong Tier 1-2 IT professional who enjoys a mix of end-user support, troubleshooting, project work, and vendor coordination.

• 5-7 years of IT support experience
• Strong Tier 1-2 troubleshooting experience in a Windows-based environment
• Experience supporting PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Microsoft 365 administration experience, including:
• User account creation, modification, and termination
• Password resets and access management
• Email support
• Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive support
• Ability to navigate and perform basic troubleshooting on Windows servers
• Basic networking knowledge, including:
• Switches
• Wireless Access Points (WAPs)
• Firewalls
• Connectivity troubleshooting
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including:
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Endpoint security tools
• General security awareness
• Experience with hardware deployments, imaging, software installations, and inventory management
