Job description
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand customer needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Develop responsive designs that provide a seamless experience across devices.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Analyze user behavior and incorporate feedback to improve usability and accessibility.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and user experience best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, interface design, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive user experiences.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience designing SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare, fintech, or enterprise software applications.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
- Experience conducting A/B testing and analyzing user behavior with tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar.
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based UI frameworks.
- Experience working within Agile product development teams.
