Job description

  • Define program scope, goals, and success metrics.
  • Build roadmap alignment across engineering, product, legal, and partner teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to reduce execution surprises.
  • Drive transparent stakeholder communications and status reporting.
  • Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Improve processes and operating mechanisms for program teams.
  • Advocate for quality in system design and architecture and influence team culture for higher product quality.
  • Partner closely with privacy, compliance, and data governance stakeholders supporting eDiscovery and Information Governance initiatives.

Requirements

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cross-functional program leadership, technical execution, and risk management, and a proven ability to drive alignment, deliver complex programs on time, and enhance processes and communications across teams., * Demonstrated technical program management in cross-functional, complex environments.

  • Proficiency in building roadmaps, defining KPIs, and managing dependencies.
  • Strong risk identification, mitigation planning, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and legal teams on privacy, compliance, or data governance topics.
  • Experience level: 5+ years in technical program or project management roles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in eDiscovery, Information Governance, or data lifecycle management.
  • Prior work in Agile/Scrum settings and familiarity with large-scale program frameworks.
