If you're passionate about technology, thrive on problem-solving, and enjoy making a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to have you join our team., * Provide exceptional technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues while serving as a trusted resource for employees across the organization.
- Manage and support critical technology systems including user accounts, Active Directory, VoIP phones, clinical applications, and other healthcare technologies to ensure secure and reliable operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including computers, mobile devices, printers, audiovisual equipment, and other technology to keep clinics running efficiently.
- Partner with teams across multiple clinic locations to deliver training, support information security initiatives, coordinate with vendors, and help drive innovative technology solutions that enhance patient care and staff productivity.
Requirements
- AA degree or 2 years of experience preferably in healthcare.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 - 2022, Windows 7, 10, and 11 Microsoft Office Solutions and Active Directory, Apple iOS.
- Experience with maintaining VOIP phone system preferred.
- Knowledge of computer maintenance, software support, network design, cabling, database management, technical writing documentation, HIPAA security requirements, hardware selections and installation.
