Job description
- Understand and comply with the ESU #3 Board of Education Personnel Policies and Employee Handbook.
- Provide Technical Support to Teachers, Staff and Students
- Will be available during normal working hours and on call during non-normal working hours.
- Provide technical support for all technology at District Schools including computing devices, projectors and other displays, printers and software issues
- Act as a conduit for level 2 support provided by Educational Service Unit #3.
- Identify possible areas for improvement and work with District Administrators and ESU Administrators for implementation.
- Work within a helpdesk environment
- Be familiar with the technologies below
- Windows Operating Systems
- Google System
- Macintosh Operating System
- Network Security Concepts
- Operating System and Network Troubleshooting
- Printer support and troubleshooting
- Peripheral support to include Smartboards, projectors and camera systems
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- No history of child abuse or negligence.
- Post-high school training or degree preferred.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of Audio Video Systems and their set up along with the capacity & willingness to learn systems' upgrades or new applications.
- Knowledge of Video Conferencing Systems along with the ability to troubleshoot these systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Mac and Windows based computers systems, iOS, and Android operating systems with the ability to do basic repairs.
- Video editing knowledge and skill.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Successfully pass required background checks.
- Regular and dependable in person attendance is required and is considered a condition of employment.
- The assigned duties of this position are not eligible for remote work consideration.

Compensation: Annual Salary to be set by the ESU #3 Board., Continuous-over 66% of time
