Job description

Insight Global's client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the delivery of innovative technology products and solutions. This individual will serve as a servant leader and Agile coach, helping teams adopt and mature Agile practices while driving collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams on Scrum principles, and partner closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master for software development teams. Experience coaching and building Agile teams in a product or technology environment. Experience supporting Agile transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile frameworks, and servant leadership. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously. Experience with Azure DevOps, Aha!, Jira, or similar Agile project management tools. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience presenting to senior leadership and working across cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar Agile certification. Master's degree in a related field. Experience with Agile project management frameworks such as SAFe or Lean. Knowledge of software development processes, SDLC, and IT infrastructure. Experience working in large enterprise or digital transformation environments. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
