Job description
- Collaborate on an agile team to design and develop new industrial automation products, including overall architecture and hardware verification.
- Program, analyze, and troubleshoot electronic hardware prototypes to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Prepare comprehensive product design documentation and detailed test reports to support development and regulatory compliance.
- Lead technical initiatives such as researching emerging technologies, implementing new circuit design tools, and troubleshooting hardware failures.
- Work with technical peers to implement test automation and design simulation, fostering innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in cross-functional product development environments.
- Proficiency with design capture tools, reading and understanding schematics, and in-depth knowledge of circuit theory and operation.
- Experience with hardware test equipment such as debuggers, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a growth mindset focused on learning and mentorship.
