Job description
As part of Technology, you will help build modern Wealth Management capabilities that support advisor, client, investment proposal, portfolio, planning, and workflow experiences. This role sits at the intersection of full stack engineering, Financial Services domain expertise, enterprise integration, cloud-native development, and AI-first delivery., * Build responsive, accessible, and high-quality user experiences using ReactJS, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks or design systems.

Develop secure and scalable backend services using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core, with exposure to Java or Python as a plus.

Design and implement secure RESTful APIs with a focus on authentication, authorization, performance, observability, resilience, and maintainability.

Integrate applications with Wealth Management platforms, CRM systems, custodial and brokerage data sources, portfolio platforms, planning tools, document platforms, and enterprise data services.

Work with integration technologies and patterns including MuleSoft, API gateways, event-driven messaging, batch and real-time data movement, file-based integrations, and third-party vendor APIs.

Contribute to cloud-native application development on AWS, including services such as EKS/ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Aurora PostgreSQL, Redshift, Glue, DMS, and Kafka/MSK.

Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools to accelerate coding, testing, refactoring, debugging, and documentation.

Create clear technical specifications, implementation plans, architecture notes, and AI-ready development prompts using Markdown.

Partner with product owners, architects, UX designers, data teams, QA, DevOps, security, compliance, and Wealth Management business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can design, build, integrate, and support scalable applications across the Wealth Management ecosystem. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on engineering skills, experience working in Financial Services, and the ability to use AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity while maintaining high standards for quality, security, and maintainability., * Strong full stack development experience building enterprise-grade applications.

Hands-on experience with ReactJS, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end engineering practices.

Strong backend development experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.

Experience designing, building, and consuming secure APIs, including REST, JSON, API contracts, versioning, error handling, logging, and performance tuning.

Knowledge of authentication and authorization patterns such as OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, SSO, RBAC, and secure API design.

Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture, including API-led connectivity, vendor APIs, data transformation, event-driven integration, batch processing, and error/retry handling.

Experience with MuleSoft or similar enterprise integration platforms is strongly preferred.

Experience with AWS cloud-native services, relational databases such as PostgreSQL, and analytical platforms such as Databricks.

Familiarity with DevOps practices including GitHub, CI/CD, automated testing, code quality scanning, containerization, and deployment automation.

Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools and the ability to write effective prompts, technical instructions, and Markdown-based specifications.

Understanding of generative AI concepts such as prompt engineering, LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation, and responsible AI usage.

Experience working in Financial Services is strongly preferred, ideally in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Brokerage, Insurance, Retirement, Banking, RIA, or Advisor Technology.

Experience with partners such as Fidelity, DTCC, Envestnet, Morningstar, eMoney, DocuSign, is a plus.

Strong communication, ownership, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
