Computer Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable technician to support residential and business clients throughout Tulsa and the surrounding areas. This role includes remote support, in-store repairs, and on-site service., * Perform computer diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, setups, data recovery, and related services

• Complete tickets remotely and in-store
• Travel to customer locations for on-site service during and after business hours
• Order correct parts and accept deliveries
• Document all work performed and communicate clearly with dispatch

• CompTIA A+ certified or equivalent
• At least 1 year of hands-on computer repair or IT support experience
• Windows and macOS proficiency (Linux a plus)
• Accurate diagnostic skills and knowledge of common failure points
• Networking skills including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling, and related equipment
• Experience with printers
• Ability to explain technical issues in clear, customer-friendly language
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
• Ability to lift and move equipment when needed

• Diagnostic and repair tools
• Fully functional modern laptop
• Fully functional modern smartphone with service

Professional Requirements

• Valid driver's license and an insured, reliable and presentable vehicle
• Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to respond to tickets during and after business hours
• Must pass criminal background and driving-record checks

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with business clients or small office networks
• Experience with data recovery tools
• Experience with malware removal and system cleanup
• Additional certifications (Microsoft, Apple, Network+, etc.)
