Job description

We are seeking a Level 3 Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting the Regulatory Messaging project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, .NET/.NET Core, operating systems, networking, and security and a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and deliver reliable infrastructure and application support., * Diagnose and resolve escalated technical problems with minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Implement, maintain, and optimize systems, networks, and applications using industry best practices.
  • Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and develop preventative solutions.
  • Provide guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers and support knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with project managers and stakeholders to deliver upgrades and new deployments.
  • Document solutions, procedures, and technical standards.
  • Maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies and security threats.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
  • Advanced understanding of operating systems, networking, and security protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET/.NET Core and Python, including troubleshooting and maintenance of applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, or CompTIA Security+.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to standards.
