Job description

As a Quality Assurance & Scheduler Associate, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by ensuring the accuracy and quality of field work., * Make a high volume of outbound quality assurance calls to verify completed work.

  • Confirm information submitted by field staff and identify any discrepancies.
  • Review and audit completed work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Document findings and communicate quality concerns to management.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain spreadsheets and electronic records.
  • Enter data accurately into databases and tracking systems.
  • Assist with scheduling staff, appointments, and daily assignments.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Help identify trends

  • Comfortable making a large number of outbound phone calls daily.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors and inconsistencies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative., * Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel for up to 2-3 months when business needs require.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
