Job description
Lead design and development of scalable, real-time event-based systems for the Offers team. Mentor and coach developers, own solutions from development to live, ensure code quality, document solutions, and act as an escalation point. Work across full stack using Go, TypeScript, React, SQL, Kafka and deploy services to GCP., As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining real-time event-based systems.
You will be joining the Offers team, where you will contribute to empowering the Business, quickly and easily creating new bonus mechanics, without relying on technical teams.
As a full stack team, we offer opportunities to expand your skillset and to work with Go, Typescript, React, SQL and Kafka. You will gain experience with open-source technologies, deploying all systems and services to GCP.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid working from home policy.
The listed salary for this position is $125,000 - $155,000 annually., * Acting as an escalation point for the team in and out of office hours.
- Leading the design and development of scalable, maintainable systems.

- Taking responsibility for work estimation and solution documentation.

Requirements
- Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects.
- Passion for coaching and mentoring developers.
- Ability to prioritise people over process.
- Skill in solving problems within a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial experience using Cloud Platforms.
- Knowledge of React and Typescript.
- Experience with Golang microservices.
- Exposure to C#, .net, MSSQL or WPF.
