Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to execute advanced data extraction, statistical analysis, and business intelligence synthesis across enterprise-scale data infrastructure. In this capacity, you will own the transformation of complex, disparate datasets into high-fidelity, actionable insights that directly influence corporate strategy, financial forecasting, and operational efficiency.

This position requires deep technical execution and sophisticated stakeholder management. You will serve as a core analytical resource, partnering with cross-functional leadership teams across Finance, Product, Operations, and Engineering to architect quantitative frameworks, engineer robust performance metrics, and drive a culture of rigorous, evidence-based decision-making.

Core Responsibilities

• Query, aggregate, and model structured and unstructured datasets to identify underlying trends, operational anomalies, and commercial opportunities.
• Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade reporting frameworks and interactive dashboards using modern business intelligence platforms.
• Partner with multi-disciplinary stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into precise technical specifications and analytical data models.
• Define, calculate, and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) while establishing strict validation workflows to ensure data integrity across production reporting environments.
• Utilize statistical methodologies, trend analysis, and predictive forecasting models to support long-range operational and financial planning.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL scripts to automate manual reporting workflows and reduce query latency across data warehouses.

• 5+ years of professional experience in an analytics, business intelligence, or quantitative engineering role managing production-grade data environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in relational database architecture and advanced SQL programming (e.g., complex joins, window functions, CTEs, query performance tuning).
• Advanced engineering experience building deployment-ready analytics dashboards within Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
• Practical, hands-on experience utilizing Python or R for advanced data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy), statistical modeling, and automated data wrangling.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing paradigms, schema design (Star/Snowflake), ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex statistical findings into clear, narrative-driven technical reports and presentations for C-suite and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, or Operations Research.
