We are seeking a skilled SAP Commerce Cloud Hybris Developer to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design system architecture, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Implement front-end features using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar UI technologies.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance platform capabilities while maintaining security and data integrity.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Participate actively in Agile software development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system design, development processes, and technical specifications.
- Support cloud infrastructure deployment on platforms such as AWS or Azure for scalable application hosting.
- Optimize application performance through system tuning, database indexing, and efficient code practices.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) standards and version control protocols like Git or SVN.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform with a strong understanding of its architecture and customization capabilities.
- Proficiency in Java programming language along with familiarity with Spring framework components.
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of RESTful API design and integration techniques for distributed systems.
- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server; familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles including OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), UML modeling, and system design.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure services such as AWS or Azure for deployment and scaling applications.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or TFS for automated testing and deployment processes.
- Experience working within Agile teams using tools like Jira or TFS for project management.
- Ability to develop scalable backend systems utilizing microservices architecture and application design best practices.
- Excellent debugging skills along with experience in unit testing frameworks relevant to Java or.NET environments.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams.
