SCSSARL Enterprise Systems Group operates within the enterprise technology, business systems, IT operations, and digital service support sector, helping organizations improve system reliability, workflow efficiency, and technology-enabled business performance. We are seeking an Enterprise Systems Manager to oversee business systems operations, coordinate technical service activities, and support reliable system performance across the organization., * Manage daily enterprise systems operations and business technology workflows
- Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, business users, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor system performance, service requests, issue resolution, and operational reports
- Support system updates, documentation, user access, and process improvement initiatives
- Assist with technology planning, workflow optimisation, and service quality monitoring
- Maintain clear communication with departments and service partners
- Ensure system activities follow company procedures, security practices, and operational standards
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise systems, IT operations, business systems support, technology services, or digital service delivery
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with vendors, internal users, service desks, or business systems teams is an advantage
