Job description

  • Manage client requests and communications primarily through email.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze account information, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Run, review, and validate reports using Excel and internal systems.
  • Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and other departments to resolve client requests.
  • Track and monitor outstanding requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare client-facing reports and status updates.
  • Participate in client meetings and discussions regarding account performance and operational initiatives.
  • Assist with the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Support special projects, audits, reporting requests, and operational initiatives as needed., * Fully remote position.

Requirements

We are a fast-growing multi-state law firm specializing in legal collections and are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and customer-focused Client Relations Specialist to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with data, solving problems, communicating professionally with clients, and coordinating with multiple departments. This is not a receptionist or high-volume phone role. The majority of communication is conducted through email and written correspondence.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, comfortable analyzing data, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., * Strong written communication skills with a professional email etiquette.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, formulas, and data analysis.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends, exceptions, and issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional client service.
  • Experience working with reports, metrics, and data-driven decision-making preferred.
  • Experience in legal collections, financial services, banking, or professional services environments is a plus.
