Job description

As one of two Web Merchandisers on the team, you own the on-site product experience for Burton.com across Europe. You shape how riders discover and buy gear, making sure the right products show up in the right place at the right time to drive conversion and growth. From seasonal launches to ongoing updates, you'll work closely with regional and global eCommerce teams to keep the site sharp and selling.

What You Get to Do:

Define and drive content initiatives that fuel sell-through and guide riders effortlessly from discovery to purchase. Strategically merchandise all Burton and Anon product areas across our EU sites; display order, color features, filters, catalog categorization, and navigation. Set up and schedule page updates, promotions and features in line with the marketing calendar. Run weekly analysis of sales and product performance at product & category levels. Keep on-site search dialed across all regional languages, continuously refining keywords, product names, and attributes so nothing gets lost in translation. Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with the SEO, Paid media, Creative and Acquisition teams to test and scale best practices.

Requirements

At least 1 year of e-commerce experience. Shopify Plus experience is a big plus. A visual eye and solid understanding of merchandising principles. Confidence working with analytics tools like ContentSquare, Google Analytics, Power BI, and A/B testing platforms. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Data-driven thinking, you let the numbers guide decisions. Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
