Junior IT Application Developer

• Translate customer needs into smart, functional application features
• Define technical specs and write high-quality, maintainable code
• Develop business-critical applications, custom extensions, and interface systems
• Build integrations with external systems, EDI, and contract manufacturer software
• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve existing applications
• Get ready to integrate AI and machine learning models into applications as we expand our tech horizon

• Completed education in IT, Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field (HTL or equivalent)

• First practical experience through internships, academic projects, or initial professional experience in business application development is an advantage

• Tech Stack: Python, Java, VB.NET, C++

• Experience with software systems, architecture, and implementation

• Familiarity with SQL and data processing

• First-hand experience or interest in AI/ML tools and frameworks is a big plus

• Fluent in German and English
