ATS SW Developer Position

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Web Forms and the .NET framework.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code and adhere to best practices in software development.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

• Work with databases (SQL Server or similar) to design, query, and manage data effectively.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to apply them to development tasks.

• Assist in documenting technical specifications and user guides for applications.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Software Developer with a focus on web applications, specifically using ASP.NET Web Forms.

• Strong proficiency in the .NET framework, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with database management (e.g., SQL Server).

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
