IT Helpdesk Support # (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Lausanne Start date: asap Reference number: 884711/1 ### Responsibilities ### * Monitor infrastructure, applications and operational alerts * Identify, log and track incidents using ticketing tools * Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution * Perform first-level troubleshooting and operational checks * Execute documented operational procedures * Verify scheduled tasks, system availability and backups * Maintain operational documentation and reporting activities * Support occasional on-site technical interventions ### Profile ### * Proven Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, NOC or IT Operation * Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, EasyVista, Remedy or similar tools * Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, Windows environments and networking concepts * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work in a structured environment and
