Job description
Transparent, structured, agile management of the activities required in this project in Jira and coordination with the relevant stakeholders
Design of the process and solution for storing data (and documents) after the SAP legacy systems have been decommissioned, taking into account the clients architecture specifications and the existing SAP system landscape (incl. master management system archive)
- Recording and consolidating the requirements of the different digital solutions and specialist units
- Recording the architecture decision for selecting the appropriate system solution
- Creation of process description (collab diagram)
- Creation of Functional Specification (FS)
- Creation of Config-Doc for the future solution
- Creation of specifications for upgrades (WRICEF)
- Creation of test cases
Requirements
Broad market knowledge of suitable system solutions for the archiving and decommissioning of SAP systems in hybrid and complex SAP system landscapes
Know-how and at least 5 years of experience in the field of archiving and decommissioning of SAP systems and implementation of these solutions in the enterprise context
Knowledge of the agile way of working and the tools Jira, Confluence and SAP Solution Manager
Senior experience in decommissioning of SAP R/3 systems, projects and migration of data and documents
