System/Virtualisation Engineer

On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a System/Virtualisation Engineer in project integration (m/f/d) responsible for the implementation, administration, and maintenance of IT platforms, in connection with infrastructure, migration, and routine operation projects. Your mission

• Install, configure, and ensure the commissioning of application and infrastructure servers within the scope.
• Contribute to the improvement and development of the existing infrastructure in line with the standards and resources in place.
• Analyse requirements, define technical specifications, and propose developments to be carried out within the framework of projects.
• Provide technical support to business project managers during the integration of new systems and evaluate the technical aspects of tenders.
• Ensure the transfer of information to internal teams for system operation and participate in the continuity of routine operational activities.

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in system project integration or a similar role.
• Very good command of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019 to 2025, Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Proficiency in VMware VCF in complex environments, including vCenter, ESXi clusters, HA, DRS, RDM, dvSwitch, PCI passthrough, and Nvidia GPU configuration.
• Experience with automated application deployments using SCCM/MECM and good knowledge of PowerShell.
• Ability to analyse a requirement, define a technical solution, support its implementation, and ensure its transfer to operational teams.
• Very good English skills (B2/C1); Citrix, NetScaler, NetBackup, Data Domain, HPE, Azure, Microsoft 365, or Linux/Unix are assets.
