The SAP Academy for Services & Consulting is a global development program designed for talent who are early in their career.What you'll doSuccessfully complete a structured 12-month learn-and-apply academy programParticipate in classroom learning, simulations, and real-customer engagement scenariosSupport customers in defining AS-IS and TO-BE SAP system landscape architectures during transition and transformation engagementsApply in-depth technical expertise in SAP Basis system administration tasks including transport management, user administration, system monitoring, and performance optimizationPlan and execute SAP system upgrades, patch application cycles, and S/4HANA system conversions following SAP best practices and methodologies under guidanceCollaborate with SAP Basis teams distributed across multiple office locations and geographies (SAP Global Delivery Hub) for the execution of technical delivery activitiesParticipate in managing technical communication and coordination with customer IT teams throughout the project lifecycleSupport post-go-live adoption activities, including enablement planning and release adoptionHelp monitor usage, consumption indicators, KPIs, and value realization metricsContribute to Outcome Success Plans and track post-deployment business impactLeverage AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery quality, adoption insights, and documentation efficiencyCollaborate with Customer Engagement Partners, Enterprise Architects, delivery teams, and partners to maintain alignmentLearn and apply SAP methodologies, agile practices, and integrated toolchains to support high-quality project executionContribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards, knowledge assets, and customer experienceExpectations and TasksSupport customer relationships through consistent delivery quality, responsiveness, and professionalismEnsure disciplined execution, documentation, and follow-up across implementation and adoption activitiesProvide clear and concise
