The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native applications, combining strong backend development expertise with DevOps capabilities. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.

• 4+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architectures.
• Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure (AWS or GCP experience is also valued).
• Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or similar.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, New Relic, or Azure Monitor.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain secure, performant, and scalable RESTful APIs.
• Design, optimize, and maintain cloud-native solutions, ensuring high availability, resilience, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and efficient software delivery.
