Job description

  • Monitor the daily performance of the ecommerce business through key commercial and digital KPIs.
  • Analyze sales performance, gross margin, traffic, conversion rate, average order value, units per order, returns, and other critical ecommerce metrics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports to provide clear visibility of business performance.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of promotions, pricing strategies, product performance, and commercial campaigns, providing recommendations to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through in-depth business analysis.
  • Partner closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, Performance Marketing, and Product teams to improve business performance.
  • Monitor the customer journey and conversion funnel, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.
  • Support commercial planning by providing data-driven insights and forecasting.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting and business analysis.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven Ecommerce Business Analyst to support the growth and performance of our ecommerce business. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the commercial performance of the online channel through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of ecommerce and commercial performance. They are passionate about numbers, understand the story behind the data, and are able to translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive revenue, profitability, and customer experience., * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in Ecommerce, Digital Business, Commercial Analytics, or Retail Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs and digital performance metrics.
  • Experience analyzing promotions, pricing strategies, and commercial performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial and business-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
