Job description

Explore Group has partnered exclusively with a fast?scaling, product?led B2B platform provider to support them with the hire of an experienced Senior Integration Manager. The business continues to see strong growth across the UK and Europe, delivering an engaging cloud-native platform used by enterprise operators and aggregators to power high?volume transactions and gaming experiences at scale. The Role: The role is highly technical and requires someone equally comfortable diving into API behavior with internal backend engineers as they are leading strategic delivery conversations with client?side stakeholders with the ability to work across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Ownership: Lead complex technical integrations with operators, aggregators, and platform providers from discovery to go?live. Technical Authority: Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned partners throughout onboarding and BAU. Deep-Dive Troubleshooting: Investigate and troubleshoot complex integration issues independently, leveraging logs and monitoring tools before collaborating with engineering teams to drive resolution. API Validation: Review API documentation, validate complex integration requirements, and coordinate technical testing and certification activities. Process Evolution: Continuously improve integration frameworks, documentation, tooling, and the overall partner onboarding journey.

Requirements

Proven Track Record: Strong experience in Integration Management, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or a similar high?touch, technical customer?facing role. Domain Expertise: Previous experience working within an API?heavy B2B SaaS, FinTech, or iGaming environment. Technical Credibility: Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, webhooks, and modern authentication methods. Diagnostic Skills: Experience investigating integration issues using logs, monitoring tools, and networking fundamentals (DNS, SSL/TLS). Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to challenge assumptions, translate technical concepts clearly, and build trust with external engineering teams. Nice to Have: Experience with OAuth, JWT, or HMAC authentication protocols. Exposure to modern observability tools such as Kibana, Grafana, or Datadog. A background in software development or exposure to cloud?native platforms.
