C++ Software Engineer

You know how to develop software in a structured way, work together in a (multidisciplinary) team and can communicate clearly about project progress and possible project obstacles. With your background you have learned to extract the correct information from datasheets and to write high-quality software based on that.

In addition to software development, you are also asked to be active as a consultant: to help improve the quality of both the product and the development processes. There is a good balance between the knowledge you bring with you and the knowledge you will get from AKKA. You have a passion for C++ coding and with this passion, you take on the challenge to deepen your knowledge of this language and also expand this knowledge with other programming languages. This way you learn to think from different angles and you can assess and advise in which programming language the right software for the project can be written.

In addition to programming, you are interested in the aspects surrounding it. You can think of, for example, automation testing and the use of tooling. Moreover, quality and reliability are important for you.

Furthermore you recognize yourself in below profile:

• A completed technical education at Bachelor or Master level
• Several years of relevant work experience with C and C ++
• Experience with object oriented programming in an agile environment
• You can work in a Linux environment
• Knowledge of Python and/ or Matlab is preferred
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written, Minimum level of education required
