Regulation Data Officer Vegetable Seeds

As a Regulation Data Officer Vegetable Seeds you will be the point of contact for phytosanitary data globally by mapping and understanding regulations related to plant health and international movement of seeds

• You will interpret phytosanitary requirements for multiple crops: regulation for seed (international) movement (import / export)
• You will extract the relevant information and enter these in a digital database
• You will collaborate with key stakeholders such as production, supply chain and quality management for proper support on the field of expertise and compliance

For the position of a Regulation Data Officer Vegetable Seeds, we are looking for a Bachelor of Master degree candidate with knowledge of phytosanitary data

• Candidates with a background in Bioinformatics and affinity / experience with plant data are also welcome to apply
• Excellent communication skills as you will be in touch with internal and external stakeholders across various nationalities
• Experience with data processing tool such as Excel, Python and/or SQL
• You have a traceability mindset being able to link records to a source (data quality) and flag regulatory critical ambiguity
• You have strong English language skills. Other language skills such as Dutch, French or Spanish are a plus
