Identity Operations Engineer - Okta

• Own the daily Okta operations queue: user lifecycle, group membership, app assignments, application assignment troubleshooting
• Execute scheduled access reviews and group membership audits
• Maintain and troubleshoot SCIM provisioning to downstream applications
• Entra group administration (static and dynamic)
• Conditional Access policy exception handling (not policy design)
• Self-Service Password Reset operations

• Minimum 3 years production Okta administrator experience (not Okta user - administrator)
• Minimum 2 years Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration
• Working knowledge of SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols - able to diagnose failed app integrations, read logs, recommend fixes
• PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for bulk operations and reporting
• Jira ticket handling with strong SLA discipline
• Being Okta Certified would be bonus

You will only need to attend an office once a quarter in this position.
