Senior SAP Cutover Manager - Hybrid/Nottingham

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Cutover Manager to lead the planning, governance and execution of a large-scale SAP cloud transformation. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring a controlled, low-risk transition into production across multiple business and technical workstreams., You will establish and lead the Cutover Management Office, coordinate deployment activities across internal teams and third-party suppliers, and drive programme readiness through to successful go-live., * Develop and own the end-to-end cutover strategy and integrated deployment plan.

• Lead all cutover planning, governance, rehearsals and production deployments.
• Coordinate business, technical, security, data migration and integration workstreams.
• Define and manage Go/No-Go readiness criteria and deployment governance.
• Lead mock cutovers, dress rehearsals and deployment simulations.
• Oversee data migration, reconciliation and deployment readiness.
• Develop rollback and contingency plans to minimise deployment risk.
• Establish and lead the Command Centre during deployment and Hypercare.
• Manage senior stakeholders, third-party vendors and system integrators.
• Support business readiness, operational transition and adoption activities., This temporary contract is inside IR35 and will require working under the direction of the client delivery manager as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will follow established delivery processes and working practices.

• 10+ years delivering enterprise SAP transformation programmes.
• 5+ years leading SAP cutover and deployment activities.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Strong background establishing and leading Cutover Management Offices.
• Experience coordinating Finance, HR, Payroll and enterprise data migration activities.
• Extensive knowledge of deployment governance, Go/No-Go processes and executive reporting.
• Experience leading Command Centres, Hypercare and operational handover.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
