Job description

This is a highly visible executive role with responsibility for technology strategy, governance, delivery, and operational performance across the Group.

You will:

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking technology and digital strategy.
  • Partner with Executive and Board-level colleagues to align technology investments with business priorities.
  • Lead major transformation programmes from concept through to successful delivery.
  • Drive best practice in cyber security, business continuity, infrastructure resilience, and governance.
  • Manage significant technology investments, ensuring strong commercial returns and measurable value.
  • Build strategic partnerships with technology suppliers and service providers.

Requirements

If you're a commercial technology leader who thrives on transformation, inspires high-performing teams, and enjoys turning complex challenges into business success, we would love to hear from you., You're a strategic and commercially minded technology executive with experience operating at senior leadership level within a complex organisation.

You will bring:

  • A track record of delivering business-wide technology and digital transformation.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary technology teams and large-scale change initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge across modern technology environments including cloud, enterprise systems, data, analytics, cyber security, and architecture.
  • The confidence to influence and challenge at Executive and Board level.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A passion for building high-performing teams and developing talent.

Experience within consumer-facing, manufacturing, retail, home improvement, field-service, or multi-site organisations would be advantageous, although we welcome applications from a broad range of sectors.
