Job description
This is not a programme delivery role. We're looking for a senior transformation leader who has successfully delivered large-scale organisational and technology change within a regulated environment and can bring credibility, insight and practical experience to help shape the next phase of growth. Working closely with the CTO and senior leadership team, you'll influence strategic direction, introduce structure and governance, improve delivery practices, and help create a technology organisation capable of supporting future expansion., + Lead the evolution of technology operating models, governance and accountability.
- Drive organisation-wide transformation across people, process and technology.
- Improve software delivery lifecycle and ways of working.
- Build frameworks that support scalability, risk management and compliance.
- Reduce reactive working and embed sustainable operating practices.
- Influence and engage senior stakeholders across technology and the wider business.
- Bring people with you through change, balancing structure with culture.
Requirements

Significant technology transformation leadership experience.

A background within financial services or another highly regulated sector.

Strong governance, risk and compliance knowledge.

The ability to influence at C-suite and senior leadership level.

Experience delivering operating model change within complex technology environments.

Gravitas, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.

A track record of implementing change while maintaining stakeholder engagement. Highly desirable:

Previous technical or software engineering background.

Experience within Microsoft / Azure environments.

Exposure to target operating model design and implementation.

Experience working in private-equity-backed businesses.
