Python Engineer/Forward Deployed Engineer

Location: London/Hybrid

We're looking for a Python Engineer/Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with clients, solving complex technical problems and turning ideas into production-ready solutions. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys working across software development, cloud platforms, data, and stakeholder engagement. What you'll be doing

• Building and deploying Python-based applications and services in customer environments.
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and rapidly deliver solutions.
• Designing APIs, integrations, automation workflows and cloud-native platforms.
• Troubleshooting production issues and improving performance, reliability and scalability.
• Collaborating with product, engineering and client teams to drive successful outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Strong Python development experience (FastAPI, Flask or Django).
• Experience building scalable APIs and Back End services.
• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Strong SQL and data integration skills.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and modern CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and taking ownership of delivery.

Desirable

• Experience with AI/LLM applications, agentic AI or RAG solutions.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep or CloudFormation).
• Experience in consulting, professional services or customer-facing engineering roles.
